The staff was friendly.
Our room was not cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Tried calling reception for assistance and there was no reply. No iron in room.

Really had real good stay on vacation. Small hotel with excellent and best staff and absolutely breathtaking views of the bay. Stunning and perfect location on the outskirts of Hout Bay, and spacious bedrooms. And close to the southern cape, a surprise getaway for the night, and Hout Bay itself...

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location in the mountains provided the most stunning view. Waking up to that every morning was absolutely breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. And finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with twin beds for added convenience. the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided made my stay here very enjoyable.
All was perfect during my stay.

This hotel is in a convenient location that is easily accessible and close to shops. the room is adequate but not remarkable, with a small bathroom and basic furnishings. the service is generally good, with friendly staff and a decent breakfast. the view is nothing special and the facilities are limited.
The pool is quite small and there are no additional facilities or activities offered at the hotel.

The rooms at this magical lodge are incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The evening experience of sipping wine in front of the fire in the living room is simply delightful. The presence of two cute cats brought joy to our 12-year-old. The owners and Brian were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we felt at home during our entire stay. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with stunning views of Hout Bay and the mountains. Despite being close to everything, it is surprisingly peaceful. The rustic rooms offer GREAT comfort, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The balcony with its breathtaking sea and ocean views was our favorite spot. The delicious breakfast options, both hot and cold, were a perfect start to each morning. We highly recommend this lodge for a fantastic and unforgettable experience.
